Growth Through People

The UKCES report ‘Growth Through People’ concludes that as the UK workplace is changing at a faster rate than it has ever done, with some traditional career paths either vanishing or becoming much harder to navigate and new career paths emerging, there must be greater co-operation between employers and education, especially the development of more vocationally focused learning and earning training routes for young people.
